Many of my clients that I am working with right now are experiencing anxiety, even if they did not have anxiety prior to the coronavirus outbreak, but it is a difficult time not to have anxiety because of everything that is going on.  For those patients who are less familiar with anxiety, many of them have reported having tightness in their chest which could be caused by anxiety or it could be a symptom of the coronavirus.  So how do we tell the difference?  Although you should speak with you doctor about how to make the distinction, this article can provide you with some things to think about when trying to make that determination.
