As I have discussed in many of my blog posts before and a message that I am consistently giving my clients is that exercise has positive effects on not only your physical health but your mental health as well.  Often when discussing this with my clients I will get resistance to the idea of exercising in many forms, but a common reason people do not want to exercise is that they say that “exercising is boring.”  Yes, exercise can get boring and repetitive, but this article gives some great suggestions on how to make exercising more fun and enjoyable.  Please read the article below if you desire to start incorporating exercise into your routine but find exercising to be boring…..
