Many people believe that how you start your day is going to set the tone for the rest of your day.  So, for example, if you get in an early workout, you will have more energy for the day.  Or if you think positive thoughts on your way into work, then you will have a better and more productive workday.  It is important to try and start your day off “on the right foot,” but how do you we do that?
