Exercise is not only good for your physical health, but it is also good for your mental health. I will often encourage my clients to get regular exercise and educate them on the ways in which exercise can improve their mental health and sometimes I am met with resistance. I have heard various reasons that person cannot exercise, the number one reason being that the person does not have the time.
