In today’s world, everyone is so busy.  We are consumed with not only with our professional lives but with our personal lives as well.  You may have a tendency to always put other needs ahead of your own although it is imperative to ask yourself, am I taking care of my own needs as well?  We often put our own needs behind others nevertheless it is important to recognize the value of taking care of ourselves. 

Here is a great article that asks the important questions to determine if you are doing adequate self-care.  I challenge you to answer the questions, and if you are lacking self-care activities, to make some positive changes to ensure that you are taking care of yourself.  The article also provides you with some great resources on how to incorporate more self-care activities in your life.
